Check the Status of Your Return: The return/exchange process takes 5-7 business days from the time we receive your product. If we have had your returned items in our possession for OVER 7 BUSINESS DAYS and you have not received any communication or tracking notification, and you would like to initiate a trace on the RMA processing, please fill out the form below. If we have not had your return in our possesion for over 7 business days please do not submit an inquiry.
